Usage and Policy
The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate exit with your name on it.
After meeting the driver, move to the parking lot, get in, and head to the hotel. For a smooth trip, we will depart immediately after meeting the driver, so please prepare for any business at the airport (creating a WOW Pass, purchasing a SIM card, renting wifi, etc.) in Japan. *If you will need additional time at the airport, please be sure to tell us in advance.
The meeting time is scheduled to be one hour after the flight's arrival time. This time may vary depending on the congestion at immigration (it usually takes just under an hour), so the driver may wait for you, or if the flight arrives early and you come out to the lobby, you may be asked to wait for the driver to arrive.
If you are unable to meet the driver even after an hour and a half from the flight's arrival time due to arrival delays, congestion at immigration, or your own circumstances, an additional waiting fee will be charged (30,000 won for 30 minutes, paid in cash *We may not be able to wait depending on the schedule after that)
*If you cancel the reservation on the day after that, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation and no refunds will be given.
・As this is a transfer product between the airport and the hotel, as a general rule, we do not accept stops along the way.
・A change of pick-up location will incur a change fee of 40,000 won each time (we may not be able to accommodate some locations)
On the day of the transfer, please be sure to always be able to contact us via LINE using the airport WIFI or roaming. We will ask you about the status of immigration inspection, etc.
Please send us a photo of your group before departing from the airport.
Please cooperate as this will help the driver find you at crowded Korean airports based on your face and clothing.

Please wait at the hotel entrance on the first floor at the appointed time. The driver's arrival may vary depending on road conditions, so we will contact you via APP.
*If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after the appointed time or if you are not at the meeting place, your reservation may be canceled (we may be able to extend the waiting time by up to 30 minutes for 30,000 won).
・If the number of suitcases exceeds the number you specified at the time of reservation, we may not be able to load the suitcases, or an additional fee of 10,000 won may be charged for each suitcase. *Handbags and backpacks that can be placed on your lap are not a problem.
・As this is a transfer product between the airport and the hotel, we do not accept stops along the way.

[Early morning and late night rates]
If your flight departs or arrives between 10pm and 8am the following morning, an additional fee of 20,000 won (per car, one way) will be charged.
[Additional drop-in fee]
If you want to stop at any places on the way from the airport to the hotel, it will cost 40,000 won per place.
[Reservation agency fee]
per reservation for restaurant reservations (10,000 won for up to 6 people, 20,000 won for 7 or more people), reservations for desired products, and collection of purchased items There will be a fee of 40,000 won.
About waiting time
If you have something special to do at the airport (such as renting a WIFI) and may be late for the scheduled meeting time, please be sure to contact us by the day before. If you are late on the day without contacting us in advance, we may not be able to wait for you depending on the driver's subsequent reservations.
About charter tours
The guide will not accompany you. The driver will wait in the car or in the parking lot at each tourist spot.
If the time exceeds the reservation time due to traffic congestion or exceeding the time for each sightseeing, an additional 40,000 won (cash payment) will be charged for each hour.
Meals, highway tolls, and entrance fees at tourist spots are not included. Parking fees at each tourist spot will be borne by the customer.
Changes and Cancellations
If you cancel, the following cancellation fees will apply. *Refunds will be made minus bank transfer fees.
From the day of the event until 3 days before・・・ Full refunds not available
4 to 5 days before:・・・50% of payment will be refunded
6 days or less before:・・・Refunds will be made minus card payment fees
If you are unable to be contacted 30 minutes after the agreed meeting time on the day, or if you are not at the agreed location, your reservation will be canceled and no refunds will be given (this applies to same-day cancellations as above). *You may be able to wait an additional 30 minutes for an additional fee of 30,000 won (paid in cash).
Number of passengers and luggage
In principle, the number of suitcases allowed is the same as the number of people in the reservation, up to a maximum of 6.
(Example) For 2 people: up to 2 large suitcases.
For 6 people: up to 2 large suitcases + 3 medium suitcases + 2 cabin suitcases.
Delays at the airport
Arrival at the airport may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons such as natural disasters, traffic congestion caused by traffic accidents, or sudden demonstrations. We will make every effort to arrive on time, but please note that we cannot provide compensation if your departure flight or departure time is affected.
Car etiquette
Smoking and eating are prohibited inside all vehicles. Drinks are permitted (alcohol is not permitted).
The vehicle doors are automatic sliding doors, so please wait until the driver opens and closes them (please be especially careful that children do not open the windows or automatic doors by themselves *We cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event of an accident).
If there is any damage to the vehicle or any violation of etiquette, we may check with the in-car camera and take appropriate action.
