Usage policy for the day
1. The meeting time at the airport is one hour after the flight's arrival time. Please complete immigration, baggage claim, restroom, etc. by then.
*When you arrive at the airport, please make sure you have set up the airport WIFI, roaming, etc. so that you can always be contacted via LINE.

1. Please wait in front of the hotel's 1st floor entrance 5 minutes before your appointment time.
*For smooth communication on the day, we ask that you add our staff and driver to your LINE account before departure.
[Additional charges depending on destination hotel address]
・Gangnam-gu: Additional fee of 10,000 won (per car, one way)
・Seocho-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Gangdong-gu, Songpa-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Nowon-gu, Dobong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Gangbuk-gu, Jungnang-gu Additional fee: 20,000 won (per vehicle, one way)
[Early morning and late night rates]
If your flight departs or arrives between 10pm and 8am the following morning, an additional fee of 20,000 won (per vehicle, one way) will be charged.
[Additional drop-in fee]
If you want to stop at any places on the way from the airport to the hotel, it will cost 35,000 won per place.
[Reservation agency fee]
There will be a fee of 35,000 won per reservation for restaurant reservations (20,000 won for up to 6 people, 35,000 won for 7 or more people), reservations for desired products, and collection of purchased items.
About waiting time
If you have something special to do at the airport (such as WIFI procedures) and may be late for the scheduled meeting time, please be sure to contact us by the day before. If you are late on the day without contacting us in advance, we may not be able to wait depending on the driver's subsequent reservations.
About sightseeing tours
For the 4-hour tour (3 locations) and 7-hour tour (5 locations), we will ask you in advance about your preferred locations. We can change the start time to suit your schedule, so please feel free to contact us.
*There will be no guide. The driver will wait in the car or in the parking lot at each tourist spot.
*Meals, highway tolls, and admission fees at tourist attractions are not included. Parking fees at each tourist attraction will be borne by the customer.
Changes and Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be incurred. *Refunds will be made minus bank transfer fees.
On the day to 3 days before: Full refund not available
4 to 5 days before: 50% of payment will be refunded
6 days or more before: Refund minus card transaction fee
If you are unable to contact us within 30 minutes of the meeting time or if you are not at the appointed location, your reservation will be canceled and we will not be able to refund your payment (this applies to same-day cancellations as above). *You may be able to wait an additional 30 minutes for an additional fee of 20,000 won (paid in cash).
Number of passengers and luggage
A luxury hybrid or electric car or large van can accommodate up to 6 passengers (including children). If you require a child seat (rental 1000 yen), please be sure to indicate this when making your reservation. *We will assign a car according to the number of people in your reservation.
In principle, the number of pieces of luggage is the same as the number of people in the reservation, up to a maximum of 6 pieces.
(Example) For 2 people: up to 2 large size items
For 6 people: 4 medium size bags + 2 in-flight bags
Delays at the airport
Arrival at the airport may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons such as natural disasters, traffic congestion caused by traffic accidents, and sudden demonstrations. We will make every effort to arrive on time, but please note that we cannot provide compensation if your departure flight or departure time is affected.
Regarding etiquette on board the car
Smoking and eating are prohibited on all vehicles. Drinking is prohibited.
Vehicle doors are automatic sliding doors, so please wait until the driver opens and closes them (please be particularly careful to ensure that children do not open the windows or automatic doors by themselves *We cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that this occurs)
If there is any damage to the vehicle or any violation of manners, we may take appropriate action after checking the in-car camera.
