I used this service to get from Gimpo Airport to the hotel. Before leaving, I had a group LINE with the tour company and the driver, and they explained in detail how to proceed after arriving at the airport. The tour company staff was Japanese, and the Korean translation function was available on the group LINE, so there was no need to worry about language. On the day of arrival at the airport, we were able to share information about immigration and baggage pickup, and at the meeting point, they had their name displayed on a smartphone or tablet and were waiting for us so that we could be seen, so we were able to meet up smoothly. The shuttle was a large van, spacious and comfortable, and it helped relieve the fatigue of the flight. Since it was a private car, we were picked up and dropped off nonstop to the hotel. We were given a little tourist information while looking out the window on the way, and we had a good time. At first, it may seem a little expensive, but one car can accommodate up to six people, so it's a good deal for families and groups. Anyway, the sense of security is completely different even before departure. I recommend it not only for first-timers, but also for those who want to travel efficiently and save time. I will definitely use this shuttle next time.

As we are a family of five with three suitcases, we needed a large minivan, which is what we used this time.
At the arrival exit, the driver with a name board was waiting for us, so we were able to meet right away. We can contact each other via group LINE, so it's safe and secure!
The car is a beautiful large minivan with three rows of seats.
It was hot when we left the airport, but it was cool and comfortable inside the car.
The driver had a rock vibe and we had a great time talking about music, and we arrived at Myeongdong in no time. I'd definitely like to use this service again next time!

Five of us requested airport transfer plus 4 hours of city sightseeing.
First, we were taken to the hotel from Incheon Airport. The driver came to pick us up at the designated pickup location without any waiting time, and while the driver, who was a safe driver, was happily telling us about the characteristics of each major area of Seoul, we arrived at the hotel in no time. The Seoul tour started without any worries!
On our last day, our flight was at 6pm, so after checking out, the staff helped us with our suitcases and showed us around the city for a few hours, then took us to the airport in the evening.
Since we were a group of five adults, we had to split into two taxis, and since there were few large vehicles available, it took a long time to arrange them, so I'm really glad that I used Seoul Pickup! It was a hot day that made it difficult to travel on foot, but they pulled up right in front of our desired location, so we were able to travel easily and comfortably.
They also flexibly accommodated my sudden request to go to the market to buy perilla oil, and took me to a yakiniku restaurant that was popular with locals, which was delicious! I was selfish, and they took me to a facility with clean toilets, so my friend, who was visiting Korea for the first time, was able to enjoy himself without worry.
The car was clean, the driving was safe, the time was punctual, and the driver was kind and friendly. All five of us had a very satisfying trip! Thank you very much. We will definitely be returning ^ ^
